This One Insane Graph Explains The Lindsay Clancy Defender Dynamic
Topic: Violence Against Women
Source: The Federalist
More than half of all leftist white women younger than 30 have been told by a medical provider that they have a mental health issue. The Lindsay Clancy murder trial seems to be an open and shut case. Her attorney freely admits that she did indeed strangle her three children to death. That should be it, right? She’s found guilty after a short trial and sent to prison (although she deserves far worse). Yet this case has become an internet firestorm. TikTok-addicted women, itching for the chance to be the amateur sleuth who breaks open the case...

Results of Middle & High School Students Using AI Are Extremely Ominous
Topic: Children and Family
Source: Futurism
In an age of AI, getting good grades is a mirage. In a study that tracked nearly 27,000 students in China between the ages of 12 and 18 (grades 7-12), around 80 percent reported using AI models like DeepSeek and ByteDance’s Doubao. The remaining 20 percent, who abstained from using AI, formed the control group. What the researchers from Stockholm University and the University of Hong Kong found, as reported by The Economist, point to an alarming trend. After six months, the homework scores of students who used AI rose by 18 percent across all subjects, while the time it took them to complete each assignment fell from 64 minutes to 45 minutes on average — a 30 percent reduction. But were they really learning, or were they using AI as a crutch to breeze through the assignments?

US taxpayers fund $230M in woke ‘intersectionality’ grants
Topic: Political Correctness
Source: New York Post
... studying race, class and ‘privilege’: report. Taxpayers are funding $230 million in largely Biden-era grants to study woke “intersectionality” — the assessing of factors such as race and class to rate “privilege’’ and potential discrimination, a new report says. The Defense of Freedom Institute and Legal Insurrection Foundation, both right-leaning policy groups, said their review found 249 records of federal-assistance spending — propelled during the Biden era — that used the keyword “intersectionality.’’ “Race-obsessed ‘Intersectionality’ doctrine provides the toxic fuel for radical anarchist groups like the Turtle Island Liberation Front, and is the mothers’ milk for destructive anti-American and anti-capitalist agendas that dominate campuses,”...

Topic: Children and Family
Source: Reason.com
Many of Them Lack Legal Representation. Trump's mass immigration campaign is leaving migrant children alone to navigate a complicated immigration system that was once meant to protect them. Over 6,200 children have been detained since the beginning of President Donald Trump's second term. But despite ongoing legal challenges over the poor conditions in which detained undocumented children are held, the Trump administration is planning to build a new detention facility capable of holding 3,000 unaccompanied migrant children.

"DPSCD is continuing the Perfect Attendance Pays initiative for the 2026–27 school year for high school students and expanding it to include middle school students," a district spokesperson told Fox News Digital Friday. India Honour Killings Expose Gaps in Law
Topic: Violence Against Women
Source: Human Rights Research Center
In the city of Agra, India, an 18-year-old pregnant woman died by drowning in the Chambal River from an alleged honour-based killing involving her father and brother-in-law. Police reports indicated that the accused attempted to coerce the young woman to enter the river voluntarily, and when she declined, they allegedly drowned her. Statements from the father reveal that the murder was motivated by social stigma surrounding pregnancy outside of marriage. To conceal the crime, the father created a suicide story and showcased photographs depicting a mock cremation to mislead investigators.

Missing From a Mass Wedding in India: Brides
Topic: Men's Movement
Source: New York Times [Reader Friendly]
A fraud case, in which dozens of grooms showed up for a wedding that never materialized, is an extreme example of scamming in a marriage industry long prone to it. Many scammers in India are lured by the huge sums of money flowing to its marriage market, in which families spend years saving up for a daughter’s wedding clothing, jewelry and dowry — the traditional, yet illegal, payment of cash or assets to the groom. Marriage scams are common enough that Indian newspapers run full-page ads with tips on how to avoid them.

US' Once-Robust Barrier Against Measles Is Faltering
Topic: Children and Family
Source: ProPublica
Measles is back in a way the US hasn't seen in more than three decades. Federal data show that by July 23, the number of reported cases had already surpassed every year since 1991, with upward of 4,850 infections and three deaths since early 2025, including two unvaccinated girls in West Texas, per ProPublica. The disease is highly contagious yet preventable with a long-standing, widely available vaccine. Its steady spread, experts say, is a warning flare that the country's once-robust immunization shield is cracking. Reporter Patricia Callahan links the surge to eroding trust in public health and to policy shifts under President Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who've questioned or recast long-held vaccine guidance. [Ed: no one ever mentions the flood of migrants who are unvaxxed as a factor in the rise of measles.]

Writer Matt Calkins quits after article on transgender athletes was spiked, insists it wasn't transphobic. Matt Calkins says he walked away from his job, and a specific unpublished column is why. The Hill reports that the longtime Seattle Times sports columnist announced on Thursday that he has resigned after the paper declined to run a piece built around two high school girls who objected to competing against transgender athletes in girls sports. In a Substack post, Calkins wrote that the column that argued supporting separate competition categories for "biological females and males" shouldn't automatically be labeled transphobic, "so let's stop throwing those labels around."

Trump moves to cancel American Bar Association accreditation of law schools
Topic: Political Correctness

The Trump administration is moving to do away with the American Bar Association’s accreditation of law schools, taking a new step to escalate conservatives’ beef with the left-leaning legal group. The announcement came from David Barker, assistant secretary of education, through a report on Friday in the Wall Street Journal, which said the Education Department — by making this move — is escalating the Trump administration’s war with the premier legal group. The president and Republican lawmakers have been critical of the ABA’s decision not to rate Trump judicial appointees as high as they have Democratic-appointed judges.

Is Academia Riddled With Fraud
Topic: Political Correctness
Source: The Daily Bell
An interivew with Doug Casey. [Ed: guess what his answer is.] Casey and Smith argue that Western institutions are rotting on multiple fronts at once: academia is riddled with fraud and DEI bloat, the U.S. government’s debts — including 9 million defaulted student loans and $1.3 trillion in annual interest expense now exceeding both the defense and Social Security budgets — can never be repaid, and Europe is being overrun by migration it lacks the will to stop. Casey dismisses the death of Cambridge professor Jason Arday, whose career he calls a fraud built on plagiarism, saying his apparent suicide “might be the only honorable thing the guy has done”

UK introduces ‘Catch and Release’ for wrongthink
Topic: Political Correctness
Source: Graham Linehan
The UK plod are still acting as thought police, but leaving no paper trail. Jake Munro spent eight days in the south of Ireland with his girlfriend and their 6 year-old son. On the way home, four Welsh police officers pulled him out of the ferry queue at Pembroke Dock and took his fingerprints. Munro streams under the name Goth Daddy, is based in Northern Ireland, and has appeared on Tim Pool’s Culture War Podcast. He talks about wokeism and migration as much as he does goth and metal subculture. He worries about the future of the UK, for the same reason a lot of ordinary people are worried, which is the strain a sudden influx of military-age men is putting on European countries, represented most recently by these terrifying government pamphlets produced for them.
