Since I see you've quoted the Newsweek attack on my piece, I'd appreciate it if you'd post my response, which I posted yesterday on her blog:

Living in the shadow of Bill's diplomatic triumph in North Korea is making Hillary's mask slip. This is how America's top diplomat responds to an innocent (albeit embarrassing) quest...

No-fault divorce, or how to make lawyers rich and destroy civilization
The best history of how "no fault" divorce evolved that I'm familiar with is Judy Parejko's book Stolen Vows. She traces the corruption of the current law to the venal behavior of California Assemblyman James A. Hayes, who was appoint...

I am outspoken in my belief that the family court system is blatantly anti-male and should be swept away for being the wellspring of injustice it is. But I must remember always that injustice frequently happens to women as well; the demand for justice for men does not need to harm to innocent women. I do not know if the following cse is an example of such harm (I am not qualified to judge the deta...
In RADAR's Monday, November 26th alert we discussed Media Matters for America's article entitled "On Your World [a TV program], Mark Rudov falsely claimed 'women are equal-opportunity domestic abusers'" We explained that RADAR knew that a number of factual comments on this article had been submitted but not approved for publication by Media Matters' editors.
This passionate and desperate plea [reprinted in italics] was forwarded to me by the wife of Paul Sielski. I cannot confirm any of the claims made within and I have edited out references I believe may be legally actionable as libel. With those caveats, I think Mrs. Sielski well expresses the agony that family courts are inflicting across North America.

Libertarian supporters of Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul are fond of softening Paul's willingness to impose his religious opposition to abortion on the bodies of women by claiming that, due to his deep respect for state's rights, he would merely shift the issue onto local level where "the people" could decide; he would actually impose nothing. This is a sleight-of-hand on his part. The...
